銷售營運專員
Job Description
銷售營運專員將負責支援銷售團隊、管理客戶詢問，以及協助銷售運營的協調與執行。日常工作包括分析銷售數據、與跨部門團隊保持溝通，並確保銷售流程順暢。部分居家工作可行。
資格條件
- 具備分析能力，能解讀銷售數據並優化銷售流程
- 英文聽說讀寫能力（商業溝通程度）
- 良好的溝通與客戶服務能力，能有效與內部團隊互動
- 具備銷售及銷售營運經驗，以支援銷售團隊並確保營運順暢
- 優秀的組織能力，注重細節
- 熟悉 CRM 軟體及銷售分析工具
- 熟悉 Python、SQL 或其他程式語言者佳
- 熟練使用 Excel
- 熟悉 SharePoint、Loop、Notion 及 Power BI 者佳
- 能夠獨立工作，也能作為跨部門團隊的一員
- 擁有企業管理、行銷、資訊系統或相關領域的學士學位
