- Be responsible for renewal and upselling revenue, client usage and adoption rate, and creation of scalable flows or frameworks
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive the successful adoption and onboarding of evelab insight services to help customers realize the business value of our partnership and offerings.
- Guide clients through the changes needed to unlock the full value of evelab insight, and help their staff, train, and align their people and partners to deliver on transformation.
- Partner with business development teams and executives to develop strategic and technical plans that help customers achieve their business objectives.
- Coordinate internal resources to support product delivery, implementation, and deployment.
- Identify and analyze client needs to help the internal team improve product offering
- Output and share customer success stories and best practices in the industry
- Maintain client relationship by providing support and paying attention to the market dynamics, risks, and problems that may affect customers.
Qualification:
- Experience:Have Experience in software/hardware R&D, product management experience, or data analysis. 3-5 years of experience in project management or technical project delivery, with client management experience preferred.
- Bachelor degree or above,major in marketing or business management is preferred.
- At least 5 years in B2B / SaaS related fields or deep understanding of the beauty industry.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently,
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of team management experience.
- Being fluent in a third language such as Spanish and Italian
- Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Excellent global communication, presentation skills to drive strategic thinking and big picture outcomes and to bring direction to the work of the team.
- Excel at managing cross-functional and cross-regional partnerships.
- Proficiency in French, Japanese, or German is considered a plus.
