280600 B&R Quality Manager

Legal entity: 慧盛材料股份有限公司
Work Location: Open to various locations across Taiwan, with a preference for Tainan.

You will be responsible for managing and executing quality programs for Buy and Resell (B&R) products manufactured by suppliers in Asia, excluding Korea and Japan. This role ensures continuous improvement and alignment with customer expectations through supplier quality management. You will be the primary contact for any B&R supplier-related issues and report directly to the Head of Global Specialty Gases Quality.

Your Role

Lead and manage supplier quality programs, ensuring compliance with quality management systems (QMS) and continuous improvement.
Address and resolve customer and supplier complaints, providing a consistent voice and timely solutions to customers.
Coordinate and follow up on customer requests and inquiries.
Oversee and report on customer audit programs, including third-party audits if necessary.
Monitor and ensure compliance with customer quality programs, KPIs, and out-of-control/out-of-tolerance (OOC/OOT) issues.
Manage new source qualification processes for B&R products.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
8+ years of relevant experience in quality management.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in semiconductor materials (specialty gases, precursors, etc.) and wafer fabrication (preferred).
Strong background in QMS, quality tools (e.g., Six Sigma, SPC/SQC, FMEA, RCA), and ISO management systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills, including statistical analysis (Minitab) and data automation.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work across time zones.
Experience interfacing with customers and understanding customer quality requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
