(Senior) Process Engineer 製程工程師

Your Role
• Design and develop new chemical production processes, ensuring they meet company standards and customer requirements.
• Optimize existing production processes to improve efficiency and quality. Ensure production processes comply with all relevant safety and environmental regulations. • Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements and provide technical support.
• Select and validate production equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Participate in new production line development and production launch processes.
• Identify and leverage new technologies and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage.

Who You Are:
• A Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Process Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in chemical production process design and optimization. Preferred backgrounds for this role is Chemical Engineering, coupled with coding or OT related abilities
• Expertise in chemical reaction engineering, mass transfer, and heat transfer.
• Familiarity with regulations and standards related to chemical production.
• Proficiency in using process design and simulation software such as ASPEN, HYSYS, etc.
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to identify problems and improvement opportunities from data.
• Understanding of safety management systems, with the ability to identify and assess safety risks in production processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
• Cybersecurity and OT related knowledge (PLCs, SCADAs, Industrial Safety system) will be a plus.
• Knowledge or experience in Process Safety Management (PSM) will be a plus.
