MetaCRM provides a one-stop CRM solution for Web3 projects that supports all stages of the customer journey: customer-acquisition, customer-retention, and customer-engagement. Our tools derive new user insights by integrating and analyzing both web2 & web3 data, and resolve Web3 customer experience friction points by streamlining processes & consolidating channels.
Responsibilities
60% 業務助理
- 協助業務主管進行顧客關係管理，舉例如：客戶拜訪、戰略合作夥伴會議、拓展市場，客戶關係聯繫。
- 負責客戶會議管理，包含：會議安排、會議紀錄、會後事項追蹤、會議結論佈達。
- 業務相關資料的維護、更新、管理，各類文件檔案和客戶資料庫整理歸檔，以及相關業務工作的彙報。
- 與設計師協助客戶線下活動企劃、執行。
40% 運營行政
- 辦公設備及用品管理、採購及維護，舉例如：衛生紙、濾水器、冷氣擋板更換，設備報修。
- 關係企業之Co-work space櫃檯，負責訪客接待、電話總機接聽。
- 會議室booking管理。
