Job Description

As our Business Development Director, your core responsibilities will be:

  • Client Portfolio Expansion: Develop and execute strategies for client acquisition, including identifying prospects, cold selling, understanding potential clients' needs, and positioning MetaCRM as their ideal choice.
  • Client Relationship Management: Nurture existing client relationships through regular communication, addressing needs, and ensuring clients maximize value from us.
  • Partnership Development: Forge strategic partnerships that drive business growth and enhance reputation, such as co-selling collaborations, data-sharing agreements, and MOUs with conglomerates or leading universities for research.
  • Initiative Leadership: Lead potential new initiatives by identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to drive execution.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Growth, Business Development, or Sales.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ownership: ability to take full responsibility for end-to-end delivery.
  • Preferred international experience in Web3, Blockchain, or SaaS industries.
  • Preferred comprehensive understanding of CRM & CDP systems, coupled with in-depth knowledge of the Web3 industry, including key players, market segments, and trends.
  • Preferred experience in cross-selling across BUs, especially in multi-product settings.
