We are a Taiwan-based AI/Software startup building a diverse range of AI and consumer-facing products — spanning enterprise AI solutions (process optimization & automation), EdTech, highly interactive web applications, real-time transaction and membership reward systems, and Web3 and wallet-based product experiences (MetaCRM).

工作內容

• 負責 React / Next.js 前端產品功能設計與開發
• 設計並實作 Backend API 與 Database flow，涵蓋會員、交易、獎勵與任務系統
• 整合 AI SDK 與第三方服務，處理即時資料與 async flow
• 負責 Internal tools / dashboard 開發
• Debug production issue 與改善系統穩定性

Responsibilities

• Design and develop frontend product features using React / Next.js
• Architect and implement backend APIs and database flows, covering membership, transaction, reward, and task systems
• Integrate AI SDKs and third-party services; handle real-time data and async workflows
• Build and maintain internal tools and admin dashboards
• Debug production issues and drive improvements in system stability

• 3 年以上軟體工程開發經驗
• 熟悉 TypeScript、React、Next.js
• 具備 Full-Stack Web Application 開發能力
• 熟悉 API 設計、Database、State Management
• 能獨立閱讀、理解並維護既有 Codebase
• 具備良好的 Debugging 能力與問題拆解思維
• 能理解產品流程與使用者體驗，在需求模糊的情況下仍能自主推進

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficient in TypeScript, React, and Next.js with full-stack web application development experience
• Solid understanding of API design, database management, and state management
• Able to independently read, understand, and maintain existing codebases
• Strong debugging skills and structured problem-solving approach
• Product-minded with the ability to understand user experience and drive progress under ambiguous requirements

加分需求

• 熟悉 MongoDB / Mongoose、Redis / Queue / Cron Jobs
• 具備 AI SDK 整合經驗
• 有 Web3 開發經驗，尤其熟悉 Sui Ecosystem
• 熟悉Wallet / Transaction Flow尤佳
• 具備 Vercel / Fly.io / Railway 部署經驗
• 有 Startup 或高速迭代產品開發經驗者尤佳

Nice to have

• Experience with MongoDB / Mongoose, Redis, queue systems, or cron jobs
• Hands-on experience integrating AI SDKs
• Web3 development experience, especially within the Sui ecosystem
• Familiarity with wallet / transaction flows
• Experience deploying on Vercel, Fly.io, or Railway
• Startup experience or background in fast-paced, iterative product environments is a plus
