Job Description

As our Web Crawler Developer, your core responsibilities will be:

• Develop and maintain web crawlers to collect data from social platforms such as Twitter, Gmail, LinkedIn, Discord, and Web3 Social channels (e.g. Farcaster, Lens).
• Implement algorithms to map blockchain wallets with users' social media profiles.
• Collaborate with the marketing and data analysis teams to provide insights based on the collected data.
• Continuously optimize crawling processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data collection methods and processes.
• Design and execute data scraping strategies while ensuring compliance with relevant data privacy laws and terms of service.

Qualifications

• Essential:
  • Proven experience in web scraping and data mining.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
  • Experience with web scraping tools and libraries (e.g., BeautifulSoup, Scrapy,
    Selenium).
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and Web3.
  • Ability to develop innovative solutions for data mapping and integration,
    especially for Web3.
  • Familiarity with APIs of major social platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    

• Desirable:
  • Experience with machine learning and data analytics.
  • Have previous experience in related fields.
