Job Description
- 具備3年以上財務、資金或出納相關工作經驗，熟悉台灣稅務法規、申報流程及年度審計要求。
- 有同時管理多家公司賬務經驗者優先，能夠獨立負責公司日常財務與行政事務，具備高度獨立作業能力與責任感，可配合遠程辦公安排。
- 需在台北公司辦公，並能配合公司營運需求進行現場及遠程工作的靈活切換。
- 能獨立對接銀行、處理出納及資金往來事務，並具備與會計師事務所、外部單位及直屬主管的良好溝通與協調能力。
- 具備良好的時間管理能力、邏輯清晰、做事細心謹慎，能在多任務環境下有效推進工作。
- 具備基本的保密意識與職業操守，能妥善處理公司財務及敏感信息。
Requirements
- 負責公司的日常資金管理，包括報銷審核、付款安排、出款執行及相關記錄維護。
- 擔任公司 In-house 會計，負責日常賬務處理、憑證整理及財務數據維護。
- 規劃、監控並管理公司每月資金流，包括收入與支出安排，確保公司資金運作穩定。
- 協助對接會計師事務所、銀行及相關外部單位，配合稅務申報、審計及財務資料準備。
- 處理主管交辦的其他財務及相關行政工作，並能主動跟進進度與回報結果。
- 根據上級需求，配合完成臨時性的財務相關任務，並提出合理建議
