AML/KYC Analyst
Job Description
作為我們加密貨幣交易所的反洗錢/了解你的客戶 (AML/KYC) 分析師，您將在確保遵守反洗錢 (AML) 和了解您的客戶 (KYC) 法規方面發揮關鍵作用。您將負責實施和維護完善的反洗錢/了解您的客戶 (AML/KYC) 流程和程序，以降低財務風險並促進安全透明的交易環境。您在反洗錢/了解您的客戶 (AML/KYC) 實踐、法規和行業趨勢方面的專業知識將有助於我們平台的整體誠信，並加強我們的合規工作。
職責：
- 進行全面的客戶盡職調查 (CDD) 審查，以驗證新舊客戶的身份，評估風險狀況，並確保遵守反洗錢/了解你的客戶 (AML/KYC) 要求。
- 分析和審查客戶文件、交易模式和其他相關數據，以發現和調查可疑活動，包括潛在的洗錢或恐怖主義融資。
- 監控並增強交易監控系統，以便及時識別和報告任何異常或可疑交易。
- 與法幣支付、法務和營運等內部團隊合作，確保一致實施並遵守反洗錢/KYC 政策和程序。
- 隨時了解產業內與反洗錢/KYC 合規相關的監管動態、產業趨勢和新興風險。
- 處理來自內部和外部利害關係人（包括執法機構和監管機構）的反洗錢/KYC 事宜相關的問詢和回報。
- 協助進行與反洗錢/KYC 合規相關的監管審查、審計和問詢。
- 持續評估和改進反洗錢/KYC 流程和控制措施，以提高效率和效益。
Requirements
- 金融、工商管理或相關領域學士學位。持有相關認證（例如 CAMS）者優先。
- 擁有 1-2 年或以上反洗錢/KYC 合規工作經驗，最好是在加密貨幣行業或金融機構工作。
- 深入了解反洗錢/KYC 法規、框架和最佳實踐，包括熟悉金融行動特別工作組 (FATF) 的建議。
- 深入了解區塊鏈技術、加密貨幣及其相關風險和漏洞。
- 熟悉交易監控工具，並熟悉業界標準的反洗錢/了解你的客戶 (AML/KYC) 軟體解決方案（例如 Chainalysis、Elliptic、Sumsub）。
- 具備優秀的分析和調查能力，能夠識別模式、異常和潛在風險。
- 具備有效的書面和口頭溝通能力，能夠向各利害關係人解釋複雜的反洗錢/了解你的客戶 (AML/KYC) 概念。
- 語言能力：英語流利。
