Job Description
- 為機構客戶、開發者提供全生命周期支持，包括接入調試、問題診斷、交易異常處理及風控規則解讀。
- 建立客戶響應機制，主導重大技術故障的客戶溝通與解決方案落地，維護客戶信任。
- 收集機構客戶API使用過程中遇到的問題，協同運營、產品、開發團隊進行，包括接口穩定性監控、性能調優、故障排查及版本叠代管理，確保API服務高可用性。
Requirements
- 3年以上金融科技/交易所API運維或技術客戶支持經驗，熟悉高並發、低延遲交易系統架構。
- 精通至少一種編程語言（Python/Java/Go），能獨立調試API接口問題，具備基礎腳本開發能力。
- 深入理解加密貨幣交易場景（現貨、合約、杠桿），熟悉主流交易所API協議及機構客戶技術需求。
- 優秀的跨部門協作能力，能同時應對技術運維、客戶溝通與項目管理三重挑戰
