About the Opportunity:

What You'll be Doing:

• 通過在線客服工具接收用戶的詢問並提供及時、滿意的答覆
• 識別並解決用戶提出的任何現有問題或疑慮
• 精通韓語和英語，優先考慮中文能力
• 培訓後表現出較強的業務敏感性和掌握基本業務概念的能力
• 集思廣益，找出用戶體驗中的障礙，識別用戶需求，提出問題解決和流程優化方案
• 能夠適應輪班或夜班工作

• 良好的邏輯思維能力，能夠理解並解決用戶的真實需求
• 熱衷於客戶服務，致力於確保積極的客戶體驗並提供全面的問題解決方案
• 有效的溝通技巧，能夠根據不同的個體調整溝通方式和風格

• 快速學習能力並善於發現改進機會
• 通過電話、電子郵件、工單和在線聊天服務提供客戶支持的經驗
• 優秀的溝通和人際交往能力，吃苦耐勞，能夠承受壓力
• 要求韓語流利，精通中文優先

Pay Range

55,000-75000 NTD/M
