What the day to day looks like:

• You will advise our stakeholders and hiring managers, as a Subject Matter Junior for Malaysia talent market
• Innovate with new strategies for attracting top talent and pipeline development
• A well-rounded Talent Acquisition with good direct sourcing ability; demonstrates a sense of ownership of a requisition from start to finish
• Own the overall candidate experience and make it a core element of your recruitment work
• Champion Employer Brand internally and externally
• Excellent teamwork, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, able to thrive in a multicultural workplace

Ideal candidate must have:

• Extensive of inhouse technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record of placing junior to senior level of roles
• Ability to consult, negotiate and engage with a wide range of stakeholders
• Ability to confidently work in a matrixed structure on projects across teams and departments to achieve broader hiring and company goals
• Ability to initiate action and accomplish goals across a wide range of teams and projects in the face of multiple demands
• Ability to analyse key hiring metrics and provide actionable solutions to improve candidate and hiring manager experience
• A passion and belief in Blockchain and Cryptocurrency

Nice to Haves:

• Proficiency in English
• Confidence in working within a matrixed structure, collaborating on projects across teams and departments to achieve broader hiring and company objectives.
