Job Description
What You'll be Doing:
- 負責公司研發項目的敏捷項目管理工作；負責開發團隊正確實施Scrum並擔當團隊敏捷教練角色；
- 負責項目的目標達成和過程管理，保證高質量交付。針對問題、風險和變化制定有效的落地解決方案，並沈澱為通用解決方法；
- 負責實施Sprint計劃、Backlog更新，負責Sprint相關會議，Sprint回顧等，及時把握項目進度；
- 負責團隊日常叠代的管理和敏捷導入，監控和跟蹤過程，確保團隊有序，高效協同，助力團隊提升效能，形成自組織能力；
- 協助優化和推廣敏捷項目管理體系，落實敏捷項目管理流程和制度；
- 協助建立和優化研發過程敏捷度量體系，包括度量指標、采集方法等。量化各環節團隊的交付能力和產出效率，定位和識別低效瓶頸，為管理團隊提供決策數據支持及過程改進建議。進而推動整個研發體系的量化考核和優化。
What We Look For in You:
- 全日制本科及以上學歷；
- 具備5年以上工作經驗，其中3年以上敏捷項目管理與執行經驗；具備引導或主持工作坊、會議的相關知識與實踐經驗；
- 熟悉版本管理，軟件測試流程，JIRA等工具和軟件生命周期管理；
- 較強的溝通能力，協調能力和解決問題的能力，有風險意識，團隊合作意識強；責任心強，能承受工作壓力；

Junior: 1,000,000-1,500,000
Senior : 1,500,000-2,000,000
