Work closely with data scientists and engineers to craft data insights for Micron's future.

Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Structuring: Gather and consolidate data from multiple departments into structured databases.
• Statistical Analysis: Use statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, Python) to perform calculations, power analyses, and interpret data patterns.
• Insight Generation: Identify trends and correlations that inform strategic decisions and operational improvements.
• Reporting: Share findings with collaborators through reports, dashboards, or executive briefings.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure data integrity and adherence to regulatory standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of work experience as a statistician in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in statistical tools and programming languages.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated track record in planning and forecasting.
• Familiarity with yield and quality analysis.
• Expertise in master data governance and process optimization.
• Ability to successfully implement data-driven solutions within a fast-paced environment.
