Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Establish and improve process condition and technology.

• Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.

• Establish and modify process management projects.

• Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.

• Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.

• Abnormal analysis and improvement.

• Led cross-functional task forces to resolve recurring equipment-related failures.
• Implemented proactive maintenance procedures that decreased occurrences of Pin Card Fail incidents
• Develop AI solutions to ahead detect any problems

Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in the memory industry with an MS degree, or 15+ years with a BS degree, or equivalent experience.
