Job Description

As a Layout Engineer Planner, you are responsible for creating and maintaining the production equipment layout to optimize production output.
This position serves as a liaison among FAC, EHS, AMHS, PEE, Planning, IE, Contamination control team, IT, Construction, and ME to communicate design status and constraints.

Primarily job responsibility is:

- Fab layout planner (Design and plan cleanroom facilities to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.)
- Move in/out coordination and budget management
- New construction area layout planning (Coordinate various tasks during the construction and maintenance of cleanrooms)
- Fab space KPI enhancement and optimization
- Office seating and remodel plan
- Fab Wafer flow optimization

Requirements

At least 2~3 years of relevant work experience in IE layout or in cleanroom facility design and planning.
Skill:
Familiarity with cleanroom design standards and regulations
Able to use AUTO CAD and basic Revit is better
Strong project management skills and communication abilities.
Basic knowledge of cleanroom equipment and systems (e.g. HVAC, HEPA filters, airflow control concept)
Language: Able to communicate in both Chinese and English.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in managing cleanroom construction projects.
Knowledge of the latest cleanroom technologies and trends.
Possession of PMP or other project management certifications.
