Responsibilities
Advise and Counsel Recruiting Customers: Provide authoritative consultation and counseling to hiring managers, external vendors, colleges, and universities. Clarify recruiting standard processes and constraints, ensuring detailed understanding of compensation, interviews, and offers.
Collaborate to Resolve Talent Needs with Hiring Managers: Work closely with to understand their talent needs and ensure alignment with departmental and business priorities. Implement shown strategies to efficiently meet headcount goals.
Sourcing: Actively participate in the sourcing process, applying innovative techniques to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.
Candidate Assessment: Engage in the screening and interviewing process to meticulously evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
Coordinate all aspects of the recruiting process: Including maintaining data in recruiting systems, extending and negotiating offers, initiating onboarding, and finalizing the hiring process.
Talent and Offer Negotiation: Lead negotiations to secure top talent, ensuring that offers are daring and align with candidate expectations and company standards.
Lead or Participate in Recruiting Projects: Take charge in or give to recruiting projects that support company growth, such as ramps, mergers, and acquisitions. Focus on continuous improvement to achieve especially efficient recruiting processes.
Market Intelligence: Maintain current knowledge of financial position, competitive landscape, and locations to advise recruiting strategies.
Business Sense: Apply your business sense to align recruiting efforts with the strategic goals, giving to Micron’s ongoing success.
Qualifications & Skills
Shown experience in talent market research and sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaborator interaction.
Strong project management skills, including tracking achievements, breakthroughs, and handling risks.
Ability to closely follow standard methodologies and company policies.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Over 5 years of work experience in a related field.
Proficient in English communication (writing/speaking).
