• Manage team by assign and tracking tasks of team member;
• Mentor and coach junior developers to become fully competent developers;
• Developing large projects using Java technologies (Website, Back End Server, MIS, SMS Gateway. etc...);
• Researching and developing new technologies, focus on mobile payments;
• Supporting line manager in the executive management;
• Other assignments from line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Have Degree in Computer Science or related fields;
• Experience in leading a team of 7 - 10 members;
• 4+ years experience at server-side languages such as Java;
• Strong knowledge of data structures, system design, and algorithms;
• Experience with Spring framework (Spring Bean, Spring AOP, Spring Data, Spring MVC), Spring Boot, Hibernate;
• Experience with web servers, caching solution such as Redis;
• Be familiar with RDBMS such as MySQL/PostgreSQL or NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, MongoDB is a plus;
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries such as HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, jQuery;
• Be familiar with Git;
• Experience with ReactJS is a plus.
