We are seeking an experienced Business Development executive to drive business opportunities through strategic partnerships, specifically within the Public Services, Healthcare, and Education sectors.
This role extends beyond standard payment connections; it requires a candidate with a strong understanding of Digital Ads/Marketing solutions to consult partners on optimizing their presence on our E-wallet platform. You will serve as a vital bridge between the company and government agencies, schools, and hospitals, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve and exceed challenging business targets.

- Strategic Partnership Development (Focus: B2G/Healthcare/Education):
- Build, maintain, and expand strong, productive relationships with partners in government agencies, hospitals, schools, and public utility sectors.
- Negotiate and persuade partners to integrate our payment solutions and financial services into their ecosystems.
- Marketing & Ads Solution Consultation:
- Leverage knowledge of Performance Ads and the E-wallet market landscape to advise partners on suitable advertising and marketing solutions, helping them enhance brand awareness and user engagement within our app.
- Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to plan and implement marketing initiatives to increase users’ awareness, knowledge, and experience of our products.
- Business Performance & Cross-functional Management:
- Manage critical business metrics, ensuring targets for Revenue, Transaction Volume, and New Partner Acquisition are met.
- Work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams (Administrative, Technical, Accounting/Finance, Legal, Operations) to secure smooth service integration, ensuring strict compliance with regulations specific to the public and financial sectors.
- Monitor and analyze market data and campaign performance to propose timely optimization strategies.

- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is required (Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of extensive experience in Business Development or Account Management.
- Advantage: Prior experience in Finance/Fintech/Banking or Digital Marketing Agencies is highly preferred.
- Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
- Ads & Marketing Proficiency: Strong mindset regarding Digital Ads services, understanding of user funnels, and conversion optimization.
- B2G/Education/Healthcare Expertise: Proven track record of working directly with public sector entities (government agencies, hospitals, schools). Familiarity with bidding processes, administrative procedures, and the specific working culture of these sectors.
- Fintech Mindset: Acute understanding of the E-wallet market and cashless payment behaviors in Vietnam.
