Job Description

As the Platform Owner for a Chatbot Platform, you will be responsible for the overall development, management, and growth of the platform. You will oversee the product aspects of the platform, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the platform brings a good experience to customers.

  • Work with the cross-functional team from Big Data & AI, Product, Business to understand their use cases to support them, build and foster a data-driven culture in product development;
  • Developing conversation flows that are engaging, writing scripts that align with the brand's tone and voice, and creating personas that reflect the target audience;
  • Develop and execute a full cycle of product research, design and feature development for the platform. Focus on user experience (UX) to ensure solutions are engaging and highly adopted by customers;
  • Work with managers to create product strategy and roadmap for the platform;
  • Manage resources, priority to assure that all requirements are supported in a cost-effective, timely manner, with a resulting high level of user satisfaction

Yêu cầu công việc

  • 5+ years of experience in positions related to product development, product growth, product design, user researce;
  • Experience in product management, including developing and executing product strategies;
  • Experienced with data tools and platforms, either as a developer or as a user;
  • Have excellent communication and project management skills;
  • Strong ownership, problem solving skills and detail-oriented;
  • Good documentation and presentation skills;
  • Experience in the chatbot or conversational AI, conversation design is a plus.
