Job Description

Nationality: Open to all, preference for Vietnamese or Japanese candidates Location: Anywhere in Japan (Tokyo residency is an advantage)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for MOR’s group of companies in Japan and offshore units in Vietnam.
  • Oversee business operations, delivery excellence, and organizational growth across multiple entities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to strengthen MOR’s position in the IT outsourcing industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders in Japan and Vietnam.
  • Drive business development initiatives, identify new market opportunities, and support Sales in creating competitive solutions.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with corporate goals.
  • Lead senior managers and delivery leaders, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance.
  • Represent MOR in industry events, networking activities, and strategic negotiations.
  • Anticipate risks in both domestic and offshore operations, implementing proactive solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to define long-term vision, growth plans, and investment strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT software/outsourcing with proven senior leadership track record.
  • Experience managing multiple business units or subsidiaries, preferably in reputable firms (e.g., FPT Software, Rikkei).
  • Strong background in pre-sales, client engagement, and strategic partnerships.
  • Fluent in Japanese; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  • Non-Vietnamese/Japanese applicants must be proficient in both Japanese and Vietnamese.
  • Excellent leadership skills with ability to inspire and manage cross-border teams.
  • Strong business acumen, flexible mindset, and capability to drive organizational transformation.
