Responsibilities

• Work on full-stack development across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain modern web applications using the latest technologies.
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and research teams to ship high-quality features efficiently.
• Continuously explore and adopt cutting-edge technologies to improve product performance and scalability.

Requirements

• Ability to independently drive full-stack projects from idea to production.
• Proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with shadcn/ui, TailwindCSS, and modern frontend workflows.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and self-management skills.
• Solid debugging, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.

Bonus

• Experience with React Native and Expo for mobile development.
• Launched production-level web or mobile products.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Background in startups or fast-paced engineering teams.
• Public tech presence through blogs, talks, or community engagement.
