1. Minimum of 8+ years of software development with 2+ years of technical leadership experience.
2. Ability to manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team across different technology stacks.
3. Hands on programing in back-end programming using Java, spring boot and experience with relational databases such as SQL Server and MySQL.
4. Understanding of software development life-cycle and object-oriented programming
5. Familiar with cloud technology (AWS, GCP or Azure)
6. Fluent in English, with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across international teams.
