Job Description

1. 協助招募及其他HR Full function 工作
2. 協助管理者規劃並執行績效評估流程,收集並整合評估數據,追蹤與記錄績效結果。
3. 規劃並執行員工福利計畫與相關活動;維護與處理團體保險、健康檢查及補助申請。
4. 勞動法令遵循 (15%)制定與更新相關政策
5. 支援企業文化推廣計畫、內部溝通方案,並協助營造正向工作環境。
6. 員工發展與團隊活動 (15%): 規劃並組織團隊建立活動,協助員工發展相關計畫。
7. 協調新進人員的入職培訓,規劃年度內外部訓練,安排並跟進培訓課程,並收集培訓成效回饋。
8. 其他主管/部門交辦事項 (5%)

Requirements

至少三年以上HR相關機驗
有新創公司經驗尤佳
英文流利
