AI Engineer

We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled AI Engineer to join our team and drive innovation through AI-powered solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models that solve complex problems and enhance our products.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI models, including machine learning and deep learning algorithms, tailored to meet specific business needs.
  • Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure high-quality inputs for model training.
  • Integrate AI models into existing systems or applications, optimizing for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define project objectives and deliver results.
  • Monitor and continuously improve deployed AI systems to maintain accuracy and reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and trends, and propose innovative applications to enhance our products.
  • Document the development lifecycle, including model architecture, training process, and deployment details.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, or a related domain.
  • Programming: Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Pandas.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) and deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
  • Skilled in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data pipeline design.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on technical challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have

  • Project experience in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
  • Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) or containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Contributions to academic research or open-source AI projects.
