Job Description

Purpose of this Position

  • Moxa is a hidden champion in Taiwan and one of its top employer brands. This role plays a pivotal part in aligning with headquarters' HR policies to enhance Moxa’s employer brand, increasing its visibility and recognition across talent markets.
  • As the Recruiting Analyst, you will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to plan, execute, and continuously improve recruitment strategies for experienced professionals, ensuring Moxa attracts and retains the right talent. In addition to talent acquisition, you will take the lead in developing employer branding initiatives for all talent levels, positioning Moxa as a top employer in the high-tech industry.
  • By fostering positive employee relations and acting as a communication bridge, you will help strengthen team cohesion, employee engagement, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Major Areas of Responsibility

1. Talent Acquisition:

  • Partner with hiring managers, senior leaders, and HRBPs to understand business needs and define talent acquisition strategies for experienced professionals.
  • Design and implement proactive sourcing strategies for senior engineers, technical leaders, and management roles through market mapping, networking, and executive search techniques.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-caliber, passive candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, and industry connections.
  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience tailored for mid-to-senior-level hires.
  • Analyze hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and market intelligence to provide strategic hiring insights.
  • Ensure best practices in diversity hiring and executive-level talent assessment.

2. Employer Branding:

  • Develop and execute branding initiatives for all talent levels to position Moxa as a top employer in the high-tech industry. For example, manage Moxa’s employer brand presence across digital platforms, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and the company’s career pages.
  • Leverage compelling content (videos, social media posts, websites) to showcase company culture, employee experiences, and career opportunities.
  • Drive engagement through branding campaigns, recruitment events, and employee advocacy programs for both experienced and entry-level talent.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, Marketing, and Hiring Managers) to ensure employer brand consistency across touchpoints.
  • Analyze employer branding effectiveness using key metrics and recommend improvements.

3. Share expertise and skills in development and knowledge transfer with other team members.

4. Complete tasks assigned by supervisors and provide support for other HR duties and projects.

Requirements

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, management, or education-related fields; master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of full-time recruitment experience or over 10 years of HR experience. Talent acquisition and employer branding experience in the tech industry is highly preferred.
  • Language: Chinese native speaker-level proficiency with fluency in English. (TOEIC score of 800 or above)

Required Competencies

  • Strong listening, writing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to identify and respond quickly to internal and external customer service needs
  • Understanding of talent market trends in the tech industry, with the ability to provide insights and make data-driven recruitment decisions
  • Ability to generate and analyze data reports to monitor recruitment progress and quality, identify potential issues, and help the team re-calibrate as needed
  • Project Management: Includes planning, information analysis, prioritization, attention to detail, conflict resolution, time management, task completion on schedule, outcome measurement, and improvement suggestions
  • Content creation skills, such as proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and video editing tools, are a plus.
