Project SHE Officer

- SHE Design: Participate during the design stages of project ensuring operational SHE by designs. Ensure adherence to all company principles, policies and requirements as well as local regulations related to SHE, including NCE, TPM, LEAN, and NEMS

- Project Management: Support SHE lead in Implement, control, and improve the project SHE Management systems by achieving the certifications during designs, implementation and start up phases for all SHE related permits, by close coordinate with EPCM

- Lead and manage: Provide coaching & support to the Project staffs and all site contractors in order to achieve the project's SHE objectives and to ensure SHE becomes / remains everybody responsibility. Ensure that SHE performance data is available and correctly managed. Promote the awareness of SHE. Support this through developing and implementing specific tools and initiatives as part of the project's SHE program. Contractors safety management ensuring zero lost time incidents during the whole project lifecyle

- Safety and Health: Implement site SHE protocols to ensure installation work is done is a safe manner, observing all company/governmental regulations. Conducts safety audits. Promote development of environmental-friendly and sustainable solutions.

- Standard and Compliance: Ensure that installation by contractors is according to specifications and comply with relevant regulations and Nestle’s standards

- 2+ years’ proven experience in construction safety management

- Successfully demonstrated ability to manage change

- Demonstrated ability to deliver results through others

- Understandings of construction knowledge

- Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, or safety studies

- Strong understanding of local safety standards

- Solid knowledge on contractor SHE management

- Have a cooperative working style with contractors to promote safety culture

- Have a long experience to assess of high-risk task for construction and installation works

- A formal qualification in either OH&S or environment, complemented by at least on-the-job learning or self-study in the other area

- Holding certificate on Group 2 for site safety supervision, can read & write English documents
