We deliver a variety of training programs in multiple formats.

Face2Face Training:

​Face2Face training is an effective way to deliver training in short sessions over a period of time, providing trainees with the opportunity to learn, immediately use what they’ve learned and get focused feedback from a trainer.
​We deliver F2F training on a 1-on-1, or 1-on-2 basis, in small, medium and large group seminars

Large Group Workshops: [Face2Face]
​These workshops deliver an interactive learning experience with practical learning activities for clients who wish to train a larger group of employees on a specific topic in a series of one-off training events. Workshops are delivered to groups of between 20-32 trainees.

Webinars: [Online with a LIVE Trainer]
​Webinars are ideal for clients who want to deliver training to larger groups in different locations. Webinars also allow people of different English abilities to benefit from training. We deliver webinars for small groups [up to 20] or larger groups [up to 150]

Trainer-Led Virtual Courses [Online]

Virtual classes online are perfect for clients who have employees working remotely or in different locations and who want to provide focused training over a period of time in an online learning environment.
​Online lessons are delivered on a 1-on-1, 1-on-2 basis, in small and medium sized groups

Interactive eLearning Content:

We provide interactive eLearning communication skills courses, which learners can access online for self-study 24/7. These courses are ideal for clients who want to provide online learning resources for busy professionals.
​Our eLearning courses are delivered in small, manageable modules that learners can consume anytime, anywhere on a variety of different devices.

Blended Learning Solutions:

We also offer blended learning solutions, which combine interactive eLearning with Face2Face training.
​Learners use the eLearning to learn and practice key communication skills and language online at their own pace before attending Face2Face training to practice using what they've learned and get feedback and guidance from a trainer.

Communication Coaching

Executive coaching is designed for busy professionals who require coaching to polish their communication skills for global business. The coach identifies areas for development in specific on job-related communication tasks. The coaching focuses on high-level communication and issues related cross-cultural communication styles.
