We are looking for Business Development Executives to drive business growth by managing current accounts, sourcing new business and exploring opportunities in the market.

Ideal candidates are proactive and result-driven with experience finding and developing leads, building relationships, building a sales pipeline and achieving sales revenue targets. The ability to communicate in English is important.

Responsibilities


• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Generate sales revenue by contacting potential clients through cold calls
• Make effective use of email to develop new business opportunities
• Follow up on inbound sales leads and set up meetings or calls with potential clients
• Build a sales pipeline to drive revenue growth
• Build long-term trusting relationships with existing clients

• A proactive, result-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Good English communication skills
• Proven work experience in sales, account management or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with sales techniques (including cold calls)
• Experience working in the corporate English training industry is preferred, but not essential
