我們的AI智慧停車解決方案部署在30多個停車場並管理著3000多個停車格。我們透過智慧車位在席偵測和車牌辨識等技術提高效率和用戶體驗。在智慧保全領域，我們提供AI臉部辨識門禁管理、虛擬巡邏和智慧保全機器人等自動化解決方案，提升安全性和運營效率，目前在新加坡已有13家工廠導入使用。設施管理方面，我們在新加坡導入了智慧廁所的方案，透過感測器以及AI資料分析預警，提升廁所管理效率，目前已有14個場所導入我們的系統。工廠自動化方面，我們提供AI協作型機器人應用和食品產線績效評估等多樣化解決方案，幫助企業提升生產效率和減少成本。另外，我們也提供AI自動化系統的客製化研發服務，並且是Universal Robots的認證夥伴，一同使用AI及機器人技術幫助企業實現自動化轉型。

We specialize in combining AI technology with robotics and other advanced technologies to tailor end-to-end solutions for businesses. Our objective is to provide solutions that reduce traditional labor demands while enhancing operational efficiency, seamlessly integrating into corporate workflows. Nexuni is based in Taiwan with a branch office in Singapore. We serve clients globally, including those in Singapore, Japan, and the United States.

Nexuni's core services include AI smart parking, smart security, facility management, factory automation, and technical services. Our AI smart parking solutions are deployed in over 30 parking lots, managing more than 3,000 parking spaces, enhancing efficiency and user experience through intelligent space occupancy detection and license plate recognition technologies. In smart security, we offer automated solutions such as AI facial recognition access control, virtual patrols, and smart security robots, improving safety and operational efficiency. Currently, we deployed our solution in 13 factories in Singapore. For facility management, we have introduced smart restroom solutions in 14 locations in Singapore, improving management efficiency through sensors and AI data analysis. Our factory automation services include AI collaborative robot applications and food production line performance assessments, aiding companies in improving production efficiency and reducing costs. Additionally, we provide custom R&D services for AI automation systems and are the certified solution provider of Universal Robots, helping businesses achieve digital transformation using AI and robotics technology.

Since 2019, Nexuni team has been dedicated to developing intelligent unmanned systems to enhance productivity in business operations. In early 2022, Nexuni has officially registered in Taiwan, ready to provide robotic products at a larger scale. At Nexuni, we connect global experts in robotics, AI, IoT and aim to be a premier intelligent unmanned systems provider of various management schemes. Dessert & beverage shops and parking lots are two growing markets that demand innovative and trustable automated solutions to aid owners manage their businesses. Our primary goal is to offer robust and affordable robotic systems to achieve automated stores and parking lots with minimal human monitoring. We focused on these two management schemes and have started collecting field knowledge from our pilot sites in Taiwan since 2020. Nexuni has set up 3 pilot dessert & beverage stores - DoDay and 19 pilot parking lots - CarDay, collecting data from all aspects of the daily operations. The enormous amount of data will be crucial for our robot as the base knowledge to manage businesses in these two schemes.

The company name Nexuni is the combination of next and unique. “For the next unique you” is the value that we want to bring to our customers. Every customer and every site is unique. We designed our robotic systems so that it adapts and learns from the unique experience at each site. The ultimate goal is to evolve into a fully automated robotic management system that barely needs human monitoring.

自2019年以來，Nexuni團隊一直致力於開發智能無人系統，以提高企業運營的效率。在2022年初，Nexuni正式在台灣註冊，準備以更大規模提供機器人產品。在Nexuni，我們聚集了全球的機器人、人工智慧和物聯網專家，旨在成為各種管理方案的頂尖智能無人系統提供商。甜點飲料店和停車場是兩個不斷增長的市場，需要創新且可信賴的自動化解決方案，以協助店主管理業務。我們的主要目標是提供堅固且實惠的機器人系統，實現自動化店鋪和停車場，並減少人工監控。我們專注於這兩種管理方案，自2020年以來在台灣設立了3個甜點飲料店的試點和19個停車場的試點（DoDay和CarDay），從日常運營的各個方面收集數據。龐大的數據量將是我們的機器人管理業務的基礎知識。

1. 依法按全薪提供勞保、健保、退休金提撥、特休、及其他法定假

2. 特休結算日為當年度最後一日，依當年度在職天數按比例預先給假，到職即享特休
