(Sr.) Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in aligning our mobile app design with product strategies and roadmaps. Your expertise in UI/UX design, along with your experience in app and web design, will be essential in driving the success of our mobile app.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Alignment and Design Implementation:
- Apply strategic thinking and analytical skills to align mobile app design with product strategies and roadmaps.
- Collaborate closely with mobile developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing necessary assets, specifications, and guidance.

Design System Management:
- Utilize your experience in evolving and maintaining a comprehensive design system for the mobile app.
- Ensure consistency, scalability, efficiency, and aesthetics within the design system.

Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments:
- Thrive in a fast-paced working environment, quickly adapting to changes and driving product innovation for both web and app platforms.

- Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), or 5+ years of equivalent experience in the digital product design field.
- Proven experience as a Product Designer with a focus on UI/UX design.
- Strong expertise in designing mobile apps, with a deep understanding of mobile app design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining design systems.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment and work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
