Senior Product Designer

Noodoe is currently at the forefront of an exciting phase of innovation, and we are actively searching for a talented and passionate Product designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have an exceptional opportunity to design solutions for our enterprise applications across various platforms, including SaaS, mobile apps, and the web. Your main responsibilities will involve collaborating on international business requirements, understanding technical limitations, and skillfully translating these insights into wireframes and prototypes.

As a vital member of our design team, you will closely collaborate with product/project management and development teams on a daily basis to enhance the overall user experience and improve the UI Quality. Key Responsibilities

• Having a Product mindset, thinking strategically, designing how it influences the product, and aligning it with business objectives.
• Working closely with Product Managers and UX Designers, creating wireflows and prototypes, and using any design methods effectively to communicate your ideas.
• Collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to produce appealing, user-friendly, and legible UI interfaces, aiming to achieve an excellent user experience.
• Actively participating in discussions and proposing solutions.
• Mentoring junior designers, providing support and guidance to foster a culture of growth and learning.

Requirements (MUST-haves)

• 3 + years relating working experience in user experience, user interface design, product design, etc.
• Having UI/UX works on four platforms: web, mobile web, iOS, and Android.
• Paying close attention to details and possessing the ability to handle logical product workflows, while also having the capability to independently lead design projects.
• Possessing both self-reliance and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Critical thinking, creative problem-solving skills, and good communication skills.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe tools.
• Native English proficiency.

Preferred Requirements (Nice-to-haves)

• Experience in establishing design systems and guidelines.
• Experience in a user research and data analysis.
• Experience with Enterprise SaaS platforms is beneficial.
• Experience in the Electric Vehicles and/or Fleet Management industry is advantageous.
• Technical understanding (RWD, HTML, CSS, etc.) and familiarity with UI/UX development guidelines. (e.g., iOS/ Material Design Guidelines)
• Strong understanding of product strategy and ability to align design decisions with broader product goals.
• Ability to move fast and ship work while maintaining a high standard of quality.
