自動化測試工程師｜Automation QA Engineer

Omnichat (原Easychat）創辦於 2017年，是來自香港的新創企業，專注於發展全通路對話式商務 (Omnichannel Chat Commerce)。涉及技術和產品包括串接官網對話及整合不同社群通訊軟體， 跨渠道用戶數據追蹤，全通路線上線下 OMO 導購銷售，Live Chat、Chatbot、自動化跨渠道再行銷，快速讓客戶營收成長及提升銷售轉換。目前正擴大市場版圖：台灣、香港、馬來西亞、新加坡等多個亞洲城市品牌客戶。

Responsibility
* Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and design details to create effective automated tests.
* Independently design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to support various types of tests (e.g., unit tests, integration tests, regression tests, etc.).
* Execute automated tests, monitor test results, and analyze test failures.
* Co-write and maintain test documentation with the team, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
* Continuously improve the automation testing process to increase test coverage and efficiency.
●與開發團隊合作，理解產品需求和設計細節，以便制定有效的自動化測試。
●獨立設計、開發和維護自動化測試腳本和框架，以支持不同類型的測試（例如unit test 、integration test 、regression 等 ）。
●執行自動化測試，監控測試結果，並分析測試失敗的原因。
●與團隊共同撰寫和維護測試文件，包括測試計劃、測試案例和測試報告。
●持續改進自動化測試過程，提高測試覆蓋率和效率。


Nice to Have
* Experience with testing tools (e.g., Postman, SQL commands, Katalon, etc.).
* Familiarity with Jira or similar issue tracking tools.
* Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Appium, Selenium, Jest, Pytest, etc.
* Understanding of git concepts and experience using version control tools.
* Experience in assisting the team in introducing or designing CI/CD architecture or maintaining CI/CD capabilities.
* Familiarity with Node.js, Python, etc.

●具有測試工具操作經驗（如Postman、SQL指令、Katalon等）。
●熟悉自動化測試工具和框架，如Playwright、Appium、Selenium、Jest、Pytest等。
●曾經協助團隊導入或參與設計CI/CD架構，或具備維護CI/CD的能力。
●熟悉Node.js、Python等。

Must Have
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum product development processes.
* Ability to independently execute tasks and write test plans, test cases, and test reports for system functionality, compatibility, and performance.
* Understanding of the technologies used by the team and the ability to establish efficient testing processes.
* Good written and verbal communication skills, able to concisely explain issues.
●計算機科學、軟體工程或相關專業的學士學位。
●熟悉Agile/Scrum產品開發流程。
●有git的概念，並會使用版本控制的工具。
●能獨立執行任務，為系統功能、相容性、效能撰寫測試計劃、測試案例、測試報告。
●能了解團隊使用的技術，並且能建立有效率的測試流程。
●具備良好的文字與口語溝通能力，能扼要闡明問題脈絡。
