The Partnerships Manager will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth and revenue for Omnichat's business direction, particularly on software and service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, account management, and relationship building. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including key partners and potential ones, to identify new opportunities, negotiate agreements, execute strategic initiatives, and cultivate these partnerships to make sure these alliances will contribute to the company’s short-term and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan that aligns with Omnichat's business objectives.
2. Identify and evaluate potential partners that can help drive growth and revenue for Omnichat’s software and service offerings.
3. Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts that ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
5. Analyze and review partnership performance to provide insights to stakeholders and ensure alignment regarding any issues or concerns.
6. Work closely with internal teams, including sales, AM, customer success, marketing, and product development to ensure issue resolution and maximize partnership opportunities.
7. Attend relevant industry events and conferences and meanwhile monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry insight to identify new partnership opportunities.
1. 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or partnership management in SaaS or software company.
3. Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
7. Experience in the martech or eCommerce or retail industry is a plus.
