研發經理｜RD Manager

◎《Responsibility》◎

■ Led an R&D team with 20+ engineers to develop AI-related products and work closely with product managers, business units, and executives to achieve company goals.
■ Contribute to technical decisions and lead efforts to build and maintain a highly scalable platform, with clear alignment of technology solutions with business objectives and budgetary needs
■ Supervise the R&D teams to ensure functionality and efficiency
■ Develop a technical roadmap and communicate technology strategy to partners and investors
■ Ensure product stability, reliability, safety, and quality
■ Provide architectural planning and technical guidance to align with the company's software platform development requirements. Develop and implement technical development and deployment plans that meet the business needs of the company
■ Keep abreast of emerging technologies, introduce them on time, and maintain the product's technological leadership. (E.g. AI/Data/Algorithm/Android/Cloud/Web)
■ Monitor the utilization of R&D resources to ensure the effective utilization of company resources

◎《Requirements》◎

■ MSc degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
■ Minimum 3 years of experience working with AI, image processing, SaaS, or cloud in the past 5 years
■ Experienced in R&D, project, and product management, with a minimum of 8 years of leading/managing 15-20 member teams
■ Knowledge of technological and new business trends to build strategy
■ Understanding of budgets and business-planning

■ Experience in a start-up with 30-50 members.
■ Fluency in Mandarin & English
■ Experience in SaaS product 
■ Experience in system integration
