【Responsibilities】:
1.Perform data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions,
bank and credit card transactions.
2.Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
3.Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
4.Handle employee reimbursement, and petty cash replenishment.
5.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
6.Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
7.Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as requested.
8.Liaise with accounting firm and assist with audit preparations and provide support
during audits.
9.Follow company policies and procedures related to financial operations.
10.Assist with special projects as needed.

【Requirements】:
1.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
2.1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance role.
3.Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
4.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
5.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
