【Job Summary】:
We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our Operations team. This role plays a key part in analyzing performance metrics, improving campaign efficiency, and providing actionable insights to improve client campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in data analysis, with the ability to develop and implement strategies that optimize campaign results.


【Responsibilities】:
• Regularly review and assess campaign data to identify performance trends and
areas for improvement.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure campaigns are aligned with
business objectives.
• Analyze numbers from various different reports, and be able to identify patterns,
and picture outcomes and gaps and propose effective solutions to enhance
campaign performance.
• Compile and summarize key findings from performance data, highlighting business
impact and actionable insights.
• Communicate data insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders across the
organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights that
support strategic decision-making.
• Identify inefficiencies in data management, or related processes; recommend and
implement improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Utilize project management tools like Monday.com to track day-to-day tasks and
drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

【Requirements】:
• English fluency is must.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Open to recent graduates with a strong interest in data and campaign performance
analysis, and willing to learn and gather hands-on experience.


【Must-Have Skills】:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and
recommend actionable solutions.
• Ability to identify performance gaps and process inefficiencies, and propose
effective solutions.
• Flexibility to adjust strategies based on evolving business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative in identifying opportunities for process and
performance improvements.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn in a fast-changing startup environment.


【Nice to have】:
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools like Monday.com,
Trello, etc.
• Experience in a SaaS or tech environment, particularly in a startup, is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, Retool, and other relevant BI tools.
