IT Engineer

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance, advice and training to users, resolve issues at the tier one level, and escalate issues out to the appropriate escalation team.
- Installing, configuring, and provisioning the computer hardware, software and peripherals.
- Oversee deployment and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring optimal and reliable operations.
- Manage and maintain company IT assets and systemic inventory.
- Administration of corporate telecom/network systems including the topology, configuration, design & security.
- Research and recommend technologies and best practices approaches for our environment.
- Assist with DevOps and Security projects.

Technical Skills
- The ability to interact confidently with users to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.
- Good communication ability, both written and verbal in English.
- Advanced knowledge of network technology & security principles.
- Advanced knowledge of MDM & system provision in Mac/Linux System.
- Advanced knowledge in managing the cloud IT services and security.
