Mô tả công việc:

• Nhập đơn hàng từ các sàn thương mại điện tử (Amazon, v.v.) vào hệ thống.
• Sử dụng Excel để chuẩn bị và tải dữ liệu sản phẩm lên Shopify và các sàn giao dịch.
• Theo dõi và cập nhật số lượng tồn kho online để đảm bảo tính chính xác.
• Kiểm tra và chỉnh sửa thông tin sản phẩm (giá, mã SKU, mô tả).

Yêu cầu:

• Thành thạo Excel (biết sử dụng VLOOKUP, xử lý file CSV và định dạng dữ liệu).
• Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm sử dụng Shopify hoặc Amazon Seller Central.
• Cực kỳ cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, ít sai sót khi làm việc với số liệu.
• Tiếng Anh cơ bản (đọc hiểu giao diện web).

We are looking for a careful and detail-oriented E-Commerce Data Specialist to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role is responsible for managing product data and orders across our online stores, including Amazon and Shopify.

Job Responsibilities

• Order Entry: Accurately enter and process all customer orders coming from marketplaces like Amazon into our system.
• Data Management: Use spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to prepare, format, and upload product information to Shopify and other marketplaces.
• Inventory Management: Track and update stock levels online to ensure products are always available and match our actual inventory.
• Product Listing: Create and update product descriptions, prices, and images on various online platforms.
• Data Quality Control: Check all product information regularly to ensure there are no mistakes in SKUs, prices, or technical details.

Requirements

• Advanced Spreadsheet Skills: You must be very good with Excel or Google Sheets. You should know how to use formulas (like VLOOKUP), clean data, and handle CSV files for bulk uploads.
• Experience: Previous experience working with Shopify or Amazon Seller Central is a strong advantage.
• Attention to Detail: You are very careful and rarely make mistakes when working with large amounts of numbers and text.
• Problem-Solving: You can identify errors in data and fix them efficiently.
• Language: Basic to intermediate English (reading and writing) to navigate international platforms.
