Job Description

- Work with creditors to negotiate/agree upon a reduced settlement on delinquent and/or charged-off accounts on behalf of our clients.

- Analyzing customer profiles and identifying the conditions required for the best agreement for the customer, following company guidelines (training will be provided upon employment).

- Analyzing and evaluating the financial situation as well as the current debts of customers based on the billing department's provided records (training will be provided upon employment).

- Collecting and submitting necessary documents provided by customers.

- Checking, reviewing files, and contacting the responsible person at the bank to explain and present the reasons of the customer for approving specific support programs offered exclusively for the customer.

- Ensuring efficiency to always obtain the best offers from the bank for customers.

- Informing customers about the offers provided by the bank.

- Persuading customers to follow the bank's plan to receive the best benefits.

- Coordinating with departments (Sales, Customer Service, Billing, etc.) to address customer inquiries when needed.

- Performing other tasks as required by management.

Requirements

- Good English communication skills, IELTS score of 7.0 or above (mandatory requirement), preference given to candidates who are international students from English-speaking countries or have previously lived in the US/UK.

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Negotiator or related positions.

- Age: 18 - 33 years old, good health and willing to work night shift.

- Pronounce clearly, confidently and attractively.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent research & problem solving skills.

- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and work effectively both independently and in a team.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment under high stress and time critical deadlines.

- Basic CRM and ZOOM skills is a plus (training will be provided; prior experience is not required).

Job Details:

Employment type: Full-time (Night shift).

Industry: Financial services in the US market (No insurance, No lending).

Working hours: 20:45 – 05:45, 5 days/ week (working by US business hours).
