We're looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Affiliate Manager to bring entertainment and value to our followers, making the art of coffee more accessible and enjoyable for everyone. The ideal candidate has experience building relationships with creators, managing TikTok Shop Affiliate partnerships, and driving performance through short-form content.

What will you do?
Content Creation & Strategy:
- Build and execute a content calendar across key platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
- Create entertaining and value-driven content: UGC, memes, short-form videos, behind-the-scenes, etc.
- Continuously test and optimize content, captions, hashtags, and posting cadence.
TikTok Shop & Affiliate Marketing
- Identify and onboard creators for affiliate campaigns.
- Oversee content creation, briefs, and performance tracking for TikTok affiliate content.
- Provide feedback on shop listings in collaboration with the E-commerce & Product teams, primarily by sharing insights with the TikTok Manager.
Influencer and Collaboration Management:
- Identify and build relationships with upcoming and relevant influencers and content creators.
- Ensure influencer content aligns with the brand's messaging and aesthetic.
- Track and measure influencer collaboration effectiveness to maximize ROI.
Channel Management & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on social media metrics (growth, engagement, traffic to Amazon and website).
- Identify top-performing content and refine strategy based on insights.
- Provide regular performance reports and collaborate with the Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager to align on strategy.
- Drive traffic to the website and Amazon through strategic content planning.
Community Engagement:
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely, on-brand manner, working closely with our Customer Experience specialist
- Foster a sense of community and brand loyalty among social media followers.
- Identify opportunities to amplify user-generated content and customer testimonials.
