Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Applications Engineer with a background in electrical
engineering and manufacturing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for
supporting the installation and implementation of our AI vision inspection systems at various
customer sites across China. You will also provide hands-on training to our clients and ensure
the successful integration of our technology into their manufacturing processes. Your ability to
maintain strong relationships with our customers and drive project success will be key to your
role.

Key Responsibilities:
● Travel to customer locations (80% travel) across China, including Shenzhen, Shanghai,
and other key manufacturing hubs, to install, configure, and optimize Overview.ai’s vision
inspection systems.
● Provide technical training to customers on how to operate and maintain our AI systems.
● Work closely with customers to ensure projects stay on track and deliver successful
outcomes.
● Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and sales, to tailor solutions to
customer needs.
● Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any
technical challenges that arise.
● Act as a technical advisor, troubleshooting and resolving any on-site issues related to
electrical engineering, controls, and CAD-based system configurations.
● Support customer feedback loops and contribute to product improvement initiatives.

優先條件:
● 有 AI 驅動或自動化檢測系統的工作經驗。

● Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

● 3+ years of experience in manufacturing.

● Experience with machine vision systems is a significant plus.

● Native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English, both written and verbal.

● Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines and customer
expectations.

● Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service and relationship
management.
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities

任職要求:
