此職位將主要負責高中校園的用戶增長工作,協助我們與全台各地的高中生建立聯繫,推廣我們的產品並建立產品影響力。作為我們的用戶增長窗口,你/妳將負責與高中生和相關社團進行溝通,同時也將參與專案管理/產品設計/社群行銷,確保所有增長活動按計劃進行並即時追蹤進度。

What You'll Need

Responsibilities:

  • 設計並執行校園活動,以促進我們的產品在目標市場中的 ACE (Awareness / Community / Engagement) 成效 。
  • 協助業務推展,清晰地傳達我們的產品資訊和價值,並回答對產品的相關問題。
  • 策劃線上和線下行銷活動,包括在社交媒體平台上的經營,創建吸引人的內容並與受眾互動。
  • 參與用戶研究和用戶測試,了解用戶需求和行為,並根據收集的數據評估設計與改善。
  • 參與產品專案管理,監控專案的成本、時程、風險和進展,並確保順利完成。

Qualifications:

  • 曾在高中或大學階段參與主辦學生活動或擔任幹部的經驗。
  • 你/妳目前是台灣大專院校在學學生,不限學校和科系。
  • 每週預計能有 2 ~ 3 個工作天 (遠端/進公司皆可)
  • 積極主動,並致力於實現任務目標。
  • 自信且充滿毅力,能夠在陌生環境中建立信心,展現出色的開發能力。
  • 充滿熱情地迎接新挑戰,勇於嘗試新事物,並積極參與解決問題。
