• More than 3 years of UX/UI design experience, including RWD and cross-platform App 
• Design visual banners for marketing applications 
• Good at clarifying complex usage scenarios and visualizing them into UI Flow, Wireframe documents for communication
• Familiar with Figma interface design tools and other software such as Illustrator, Photoshop
• Design UI system components and be able to manage brand styles, unify product UI elements and establish guidelines
• Familiar with front-end web technology knowledge such as CSS and HTML, and able to communicate fluently with engineers
• Pay attention to details and have a keen eye for UI pixels
• Value user experience and be able to propose detailed design and modification suggestions for user feedback to optimize existing operating modes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills and able to work independently
• Self-learning, self-management, and self-demanding, eager to learn new knowledge and concepts
• Provide a complete UI/UX portfolio and clearly demonstrate your design process and logical thinking

• 3 年以上使用者體驗與介面設計經驗，包含 RWD 響應式網站與跨平台 App
• 行銷應用面的 Banner 需求
• 善於釐清複雜的使用情境，且能將其視覺化成 UI Flow、Wireframe 文件進行溝通
• 熟悉 Figma 介面設計工具，與其他設計相關軟體，如 Illustrator、Photoshop
• 設計與維護 UI system 元件化，並能掌管品牌設計風格，統一產品 UI 元素並訂定 Guideline
• 熟悉 CSS HTML 前端 Web 技術原理，能流暢地和前端工程師溝通
• 注重細節，敏銳的 UI 像素眼
• 重視使用者體驗，並能針對使用者反饋提出細節設計、修改建議，進而優化既有的操作模式
• 較強的溝通協作能力，且能獨立完成工作內容
• 能夠自我學習、自我管理、自我要求，熱衷於學習新知與新概念
• 須提供完整的 UI/UX 作品集，並清楚展示你的設計過程與思考邏輯

Nice to have:

• Familiar with Web3 related products and markets, blockchain knowledge, NFT related applications, and design experience
• Ability to use dynamic image software such as After Effects and FLOW to create high-quality motion graphics
• Diverse design styles and excellent aesthetic abilities
• Agile development, hypothesis verification, and brave trial and error spirit of start-up companies
• Skilled at leveraging AI tools to complete tasks smartly and efficiently
• Have your own passion: in brands/culture/hobbies
