About This Job

As an Operations Associate in our Taipei office, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company's daily operations across various functions. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is excited about contributing to the growth of a dynamic company in the cryptocurrency space.

Perpetual Protocol is a leading derivatives DEX, having facilitated over $38 billion in trading volume since December 2020. Our team is at the forefront of DeFi innovation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operational tasks across administration, finance, and recruitment activities
• Handle general administrative duties, including document management, coordinating team events, managing internal communications, and other ad-hoc tasks
• Support basic accounting and financial tasks
• Assist in marketing campaigns, including recruiting participants for user interviews and supporting campaign execution
• Manage office logistics for both physical and virtual (Gather Town) offices

Requirements

• Problem-solving skills with a hands-on mentality
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, including the ability to use formulas to find required information
• Fluency in English communication (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, open and collaborative environment
• Hybrid work model: Required to work from the Taipei office at least 3 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
• Experience with startups or flexible work structures
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana)
• Versatility and ability to handle diverse tasks (jack of all trades)

No prior work experience is required for this position. We value potential, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn over years of experience.

Compensation:

Annual salary range: NTD 700,000 - 900,000
