Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day general ledger operations and support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles- Support financial reporting processes across both local and international accounting frameworks- Assist with financial schedules, disclosures, audit preparation, and documentation for corporate finance and capital market readiness initiatives- Support internal control documentation and finance process improvement- Handle operational accounting related to client contracts, milestone-based revenue recognition, inventory, and manufacturing cost tracking- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain audit-ready accounting records- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders on audit, tax, and compliance matters- Support manufacturing-related financial analysis, including cost accounting, variance analysis, and inventory valuationIdeal Candidate Background- 4–6+ years of progressive accounting, audit, or financial reporting experience- Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, biotech, CDMO / CRDMO, or other technical operating environments- Solid understanding of IFRS / T-IFRS and/or US GAAP- Experience supporting month-end close, audit preparation, reconciliations, tax documentation, and internal controls- Strong Excel and financial data analysis skills- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment- Full professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
