Special Assistant to the CEO of a Private Equity Fund (Fundraising Focus)

• Relationship Building and Maintenance: Establish and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and other industry stakeholders.
• Investor Communication: Regularly provide updates on portfolio performance, market trends, and the company's strategic plans, maintaining strong communication with investors.
• Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events and meetings, enhancing the company's image and business opportunities.
• Post-Investment Support: Offer strategic advice, industry introductions, and operational assistance to portfolio companies.

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is mandatory. Possession of a Master's degree or CFA certification is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or similar roles within the consumer or retail industry.
• Prior experience in assisting with fundraising for startups will be considered a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English is essential, with proven ability to effectively facilitate international communication and collaboration.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting thorough market research and performing in-depth competitive analysis.
• Frequent travel to Southeast Asia is required.
