3. Infrastructure Management: Set up, manage, and optimize Solana node infrastructure ensuring high availability and performance.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with founders and team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
5. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in the Solana ecosystem and integrate relevant innovations into our products.

1. Strong Coding Skills: Proficiency in Rust, Golang, C, or other relevant languages. Proficiency in Rust is a strong signal but not a requirement if you are adept at C and willing to learn Rust and Golang.
2. Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex technical challenges with innovative solutions.
3. Cloud Management: Expertise in AWS, CI/CD pipelines, logging, and telemetry systems.
4. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
5. Experience: 3+ years in distributed systems, infrastructure software, or blockchain development.

If you're a strong backend engineer proficient in C and English, lack of blockchain industry experience and not familiar with Rust and Golang is acceptable as long as you're willing to learn and grow with the team.
