Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and engagement
• Create and implement data-driven, long-term marketing plans with clear rationale and strategic thinking
• Identify and explore new channels and tactics for sustainable user growth, including but not limited to social media, content marketing, and partnerships
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing channels, providing regular reports and actionable insights
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform and optimize marketing strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize growth opportunities
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and retention
• Strong understanding and enthusiasm for crypto technology, with the ability to learn and keep up with the latest Web3 trends
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics tools)
• Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and conversion rate optimization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms
• Proficient English skills are a significant advantage
